    Nice work

My wife's studio (art) is downstairs.
I'd put the wife's studio up stairs and take the bottom for a workshop - It would be just about big enough I reckon.

    Default studio

Best thing is this is one of the little industrial buildings in the Inner West that stayed intact rather than knocked down to build butt ugly townhouses. I seen a little softdrink factory converted in Annandale,2 apartments & Cyclops toy factory in Leichhardt into about 6 monster loft style units but thats property developement not a labour of love like this old bakery

Yeah, it was a bit of a find that place. It will do me - I'm there for good. Pity there are no remnants of the old bakery machinery left, though. Out the back where the rear land access is there are my two small sheds and another 60sqm building that is the size of a 3 car garage. That was going to be my shed, but an old friend of ours moved in there and I reckon she'll be there forever. It's got a kitchen and a shower and there is an outside dunny. Still, it's good security having someone living out the back.
My wife has her eye on the space about the studio. She's filled up downstairs. This pic is Christmas day. We had to move a bunch of stuff out to fit that table in there.

    Default ovens

The old bread ovens were works of art, oven bricks new were $3 each 10 years ago. I assume that vintage would be woodfired later converted to gas. The whole suburb probablely knew when they were baking

Yeah, there's a big gas line going into the building.
