Hi Waldo, wouldn't mind just a little more money for what I love doing, not being gready but enough so I wasn't just scraping through. Seemed to be making better money last year, this year has been a bit slimmer. Never mind, it will all be good. Just got an email for another job so thats good. A Lutyens Bench seat for some clients I made a table for, the zinc top table. The seat is to have a touch of zinc on it to match.

So another WIP?
I need companies to pay for what I love to do, so I can do what I love to do elsewhere. My cloud will roll in one day.

You have to go out and grab what you want, it won't always just roll in, sometimes you have to be a little forcefull

Nicely finished Mark looks great an heirloom piece for a stack of quickies.

Done and dusted, out it goes! Except the client turned up in a corolla to pick it up, he was able to find a friend to call and pick up the frame. Last couple of shots with one of Vidi's brass markers on and the anti rock pin installed.
Al you can't hate me, I am suffering here. This is drudgery, "WORK", torture, yeh ok, I love it
Hi Ray, I wish they didn't have to be quickies and that I could spend more time on them to really funk them up. One day.

That makers mark, really sets it off.
I've often thought about them, one day, one day...

Hi Waldo, the client commented how nice it was. They are even more impressed when you tell them you have them made in England.

What sort of quantity did you get and what is the unit cost?

I usually get 20 at a time and they were $7 AUD each. I have just ordered another 20 so will see if there is any change to the price. 20 lasts me about a year.

I love it CH and, more importantly, it seems the customer does too. Isn't it funny how a brass plaque seems to add 'credibility' to a piece ... seems to apply to some doctors too!
back to the red mahogany thingie .... come on ... put that coffee down....... no ANZACS til you finish.....
