Hey Egg. Pine yes Kauri Pine, good price light and not to bad to work with, stains well. And thats why I have reinforced the bottom and top wiith that 3mm steel plate, a little added strength.
Hi Nick,, TL's cup on the right, the other TL cup has horse sause in it at the moment (the one that says may contain traces of........)
Rayyyy, if you are refering to the plastic bag on the bench, I had Jack Hama doing a bit of reorganising for me, in the plastic is an "inclined manometer" (for measureing air or water pressure) from the old aircon days. i got these bearings cheap too, as I didn't need anything specific I went into the local bearing dealers and asked if they had any old orders or stock that had been laying around for a while, they were only to pleased to clean some more junk off the shelves $30 for bearings and blocks.

Installed The Revolver at The Little Marionette, Annandale today. Had to put some lintels over the opening, must have slipped the builders mind. The lintels took a while but The Revolver went in smoothly and did everything it was suposed to. Another happy customer with more projects to follow. Look for "The Hide Me Bookcase"
Have a short video of it revolving but haven't worked out how to put it on here yet. just have to put some trims around the opening on the next visit.

Really suits the decor of the place looking at the third shot.
You would have been a nervous bloke driving over the Moonie Moonie bridge wouldn't you? Quick check of the wind sign and hope for the best.

Yep you're right there Waldo. I actualy left Newcastle at 4.00am, no wind, no Sydney traffic (well just a little) but a very smooth trip down. Got home at 830pm, big day, but succesful.

I just drilled a 25mm hole in the slab, pumped in some Ramset epoxy (the one that mixes in the nozle) droped in the shaft with the bearing already attached. (lenght was all adjusted while dry) Did the same for the top one. Put the epoxy in pushed the shaft up and held in place with duct tape while it went off (10 min). The bearings can rotate off centre a little so they can self align to a sertain extent. With both bearings set in place we side the unit up onto the bottom bearing, I adjusted the top bearing down the shaft till it touched the unit (4mm) and put the bolts into the top bearing and nipped up, then the same at bottom. A little push with your pinky and away it went.
Have to work out how to put the video on.

Excellent! What happens if a customer inadvertently leans against one side of it?

I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

Hi WW, the poker in the fire tool set has been extended so it can be dropped down into some strategicly placed holes in the floor and locked/ pined like a gate. All the tools have been adjusted so they can move within the set but can not be removed from the set to use as weapons
