It is all the things you wanted when you were a kid but couldn't have. Next I have a bookcase wall with a hidden door that opens when you pull the right book.

    Kewl!

So does this mean that sooner or later you'll build a button operated secret trapdoor? You know... the type used for disgruntled employees and door-to-door salesmen...
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

I'm sure if I mention the trap door or a draw bridge it would go on the list.
Ray, I'm pretty sure you would zoom through as long as you don't have any more
Anzacs so if you just pop them in an express bag and drop them in the post or get Fletty to drop them off on his way through you won't have any problems

Or maybe you could just leave a deposit of them at the coffee shop. Although I did have a realy nice cinamon swirl there the other day with my coffee.

I to was fascinated by the idea of a secret door leading to the attic or such, where you could go to escape, perhaps that's why we like to build secret compartments in furniture....

I always thought that going to a coffee shop was a way of escape.

Wheelin has suggested running this thread on since my next project is at the coffee shop as well so here we go. First shot from last Monday when Mal delivered half a truck load of Silky Oak and Camphor (two piles one on the saw horses at the back and the other lot on the trailer getting trimmed) for the Hide Me Bookcase (HMB) So tomorrow I will have a little tidy up first but then get stuck into the HMB. Well at some stage after Fletty has wandered through

TY Mark not just for continuing the thread, but informing on the old fella he's in training and the likes of ANZACS and cakes etc should be kept to a minimum. Something about being able to get up heart break hill.

He's been on a woodies pilgrimage this weekend longest birthday bash I've seen for a while.
