    Default Sea glass sconce

I've had this project in mind since my family started collecting sea glass at a local beach. The light fixture is made with Queensland maple, a 600x300mm LED panel, safety glass front panel and some additional tumbled glass to make up the quantity needed to fill. I'm extremely happy with the light and its artistic result.

Delightful, and classy framing with those dovetails.

Saw a variation on this theme at a craft fair a couple of years ago. "Sea glass" was imbedded in clear resin and intended as a varient stained glass window panel. A lot of potential!

Thanks Graeme. I considered using epoxy but I really wanted to preserve the frosted effect on the glass.
