Shelves
I had some pine? floorboards from a house demo. that I wanted to use, usual process of denailing, water blasting and then machining, I think they might be Qld Kauri, but not real sure, some pices have some nice feature .

I machined up all the parts, morticing machine got a bit of a workout with one or three mortices and then assembly, to ease the glueup of the final assembly I dry fit the center shelf support/rails, every bit helps when there's 15 tenons to line up with a mortice. I also wanted to use up some of the collection of short boards, I machined up a heap of slats to use in the shelves.

I made a bit of a mod to the mortice table, I added some sign channel so I could setup some flip stops.
The shelf spacing is equidistant so made up a flip stop for the mortices in the stiles, just have to be sure to locate the stop in the correct end of the completed mortice and be consistent, as well as a flip stop for the fixed shelf mortices I wanted to setup flip stops for the adjustable height shelves, I decided on 3 positions, I setup 3 positions on the end of the stile, these mortices then allowed location of the following mortices.

I quick wipe with some BLO and call it done ready for install and use.

Very nice. I'm not sure that I would go the slat way for the shelves, but it is really affective. Well done.

I think you have done an excellent job getting use out of otherwise scrap wood.
Better to be used than to gather dust in the work shop.
