Long time rocker
Nearly 2 years and counting.
Have done more in the last six weeks than in the last year and a half.
Although, in order to move along on the rocker i did make some tools.
The rocker as you see isnt complete yet, not by a long shot but these are my first pics.
Rocker -Timber is spotted gum.
Bowsaw - Timber is red gum

Excellent work shippers. Good upon you for making your own tools too.

Sometimes it does take a long time to complete a task. I know this for the very simple reason that happens to me. I have been requested to make something for someone I know. It has taken me three weeks to get to the shed to pull out the wood.
All you can do is one step at a time. Complete that step and then start on the next one.

That is a fine looking rocker.
You have done the difficult part - the joinery on all those angles.
Now you can enjoy the progress, at what ever pace you can make.Scally
