Dovetails!
Okay, these are a little different.
I came across this set of speakers. First time I ever saw a production speaker with dovetails ...
They look machine-made, which is expected for mass-produced items .... these are expensive and high-end speakers: Oswalds Mill Audio - Monitor | OMA Loudspeakers
... but note that all the dovetails are compound angles. Must be CNC. I do not know of a dovetail jig that could do this ..?

I don't see what looks machine made about them. They could be or they could look the same if they were a one off set made by hand. There's no sign of a rotary cut which you get when the the DT's go through, even on a machine made DT. If its a production line then you could guess they probably jig it up and have cnc cut them. Its just a matter of holding / clamping the boards in on an angle.
The same can be done with a router and home made jig or by sawing and fitting by hand for a one off pair of speakers.

For what its worth the blurb on their site says that the dovetails are hand cut.

I take that back (about the dovetails) - at least some of the dovetails were made by a router. It is in one of the videos ...

Its a similar looking dovetail comb as a Leigh or other DT jigs Derek . Except it would be like a Leigh top section mounted on top of a box with the angles of that speaker built in to it . Not a 90 degree jig like for drawers. If you cut the ends of your speaker parts with the correct matching angles then mount it in the jig the router does the rest . But you need a DT comb for the tails and another for the pins when its traditional looking DT's and not the even sized pin and tail look of machined DT's. And I think you need that x 2 for the tails and pins because of the angles. So probably 4 set ups . Possibly 3 set ups? If the tails were exactly spaced and didn't matter which way around they were done .
So all that. Unless you had a Box with adjustable angle settings to clamp the parts to. like a hinged flap to clamp parts to on the end of the box. You could do that with one Leigh comb set up on top. The changing around to each setting would drive me crazy.
4 fixed set ups would be a lot easier with a lot more work setting that up first time. If your just producing the one thing like those speakers with it then it would soon pay for itself.
Just cutting angles on your parts and marking it out from there to do by hand for a one off set would be the way .
So are we going to see a Jarah set of speakers next ?
I really like the look of those Chestnut and Ash boxes rather than the darker woods like walnut . One of your blond WA woods would look much nicer imho.
They are a lovely looking thing . The front of their boxes looked to be made of stone! That's something Ive never seen. Ive heard of Concrete speaker boxes. You couldn't get much better vibration dampening than stone fronts .
