    Default Vj mdf

    Hi,

I am trying to find suppliers of VJ or grooved MDF 18mm thick sheets in Melbourne? I can only find the 9mm thick but I need two 18mm thick cover panels for a wardrobe where the doors are grooved, so I can finish it and paint it to match the doors. I also would like to know how you soften the edges so they have that slight radius?

    Thanks

Found these guys on google V Grooves - 3D Wall Panels

My old work would also be able to quote on them, wouldn't take long on the CNC router www.dewhurstfurniture.com.au

    As for softening the edges...sandpaper

you can't just glue a 9mm grooved board onto a 9mm un-gooved? just laminate them together?
