    Default 260 with Factory VFD

New to me Hercus 260 ATM 19926 with a factory fitted VFD. My first foray into metal lathes and so far a lot of fun.At this stage I am playing around with it but there are some real jobs planned and I am looking forward to the challenges.
It seems this is a great forum for sharing ideas with other owners and I have already learnt a lot by trolling through the old posts.Cheers to the moderators for giving up their time to maintain it for the users.
    Cheers from Micheal.

Nice lathe, I seen it on ebay. Looks like a good buy. Hope you have fun with it.

I bought my 260ATM about 2 months ago, had to change from 3phase to single phase. Motors on and everything is ready to go but waiting for mate to wire it up for me.

Spent some time today cleaning it up and checking the alignment . Still got a bit to go to learn on these things.Still that is what keeps the old brain ticking over.
