Costs vary depending on where you purchase it, whether from Aust,USA or Ebay.

Whats missing from what you have now.

    Hi Cooper,

For about the last 12 months I've been promising to make Mal a batch of dials.

Work and a CNC lathe meltdown has prevented me from managing to do this!

Plus it is actually VERY difficult to make something that comes close to the original dials. The original ones were roll engraved and are probably about the best examples you will ever see.

The replacements will be CNC engraved and will require pretty close inspection to spot the difference. I'm also going to try some larger OD ones for those who's eyesight isn't so great anymore.

I plan to get a batch to Mal in the next couple of weeks! Hopefully!

Really?? how much would it cost for me to get some dials if you dont mind me asking?
And i like your idea of the large dials i think they look a lot nicer than small dials that i have seen on some south bend lathes!

Would also be interested in some larger dials as well.

Just be mindfull if you go with bigger Dials and dont have the extended Cross Slide screw,if you ever fit a Tee Slotted Cross Slide you may need/will have to under cut the outer end of the Cross Slide.

Not a big job as it has to be done even with the Smaller dials, but depending on the diameter of the Larger type it could come closeto breaking through into the top of the Cross Slide.

I'd be interested in some dials also.
