Cutting 19tpi on a atm260 (1/4 bsp)
Hi
Has anybody worked out how to cut this pitch on a 260 atm, i have the imperial conversion gear wheels, but hey only give 18 or 20tpi

As BSP threads are usually short and tapered, would a die held in the tailstock do?

Hi tore,
If the thread you need to cut is only for a pipe fitting I would just set your gear train to cut a metric pitch of 1.3mm.
The pitch error over 1/2" or so should be 3/5th of bugger all.
