Al I dont have a (Workshop as such) just a carport.
Only started cutting the gears as a favor to one of the members here to try his gear cutters out for him.
Had to make the different MT3 arbors for the test and it just continued from there.
I cut the Gears and other items in my spare time,shift work makes it easy.
I cut 5 Compound gear halves at a time,the 127's take about 10hrs the 120 and 100 a bit less,all up with machining the blanks ,the bushes and fitting the 2 together they would take 16/20 hrs.
At least with the Change Gears I can cut upto 8 at a time.Last edited by pipeclay; 6th January 2010 at 12:03 PM. Reason: left out a bit
