Hercus Camlock Tailstock
Hi all as I have been collecting pictues and everyones lathe details I am trying to find what year the camlock tailstock was fitted as well as the motor mounting plate
I am now down to 1952-4 as my 1954 has a camlock tailstock and sofar I have found that the 1952 was a spanner job
This does not rule out that a 1952 lathe did not get a camlock tailstock
But now I am stuck as I have nobody on the register with a 1952 or 1953 lathe so as to find out when the camlock tailstock started
So can any body help ??????????????????
all the best Derek

P/S I am also wrecking 2 Hercus Model A lathes both have spanner tailstocks but all parts are for sale
