    Default Blade/Blade supplier recommendations

Hi! Am new to scrolling. Have a new GMC (Yes i know, one of those) Got the stirrup blade holders, though I have been thinking of some other kind of quickchange blade holder. Anyway, was wondering if you could recommend any type of blades and blade suppliers?

I get my blades from Harris Traders in VIC, $6 a dozen for the pinned blades or $4.50 for pinless. Payment easily paid via invoice on their arrival. Very helpful.

There are not as big a variety of pinned blades compared to the pinless ones though.

I take it you have one of the older model GMC's?

Try WMS in preston, vic for some alternative blade holders.

Blades, etc from Harris Traders as Brett mentioned; Neil Schultz in Adelaide; or mikesworkshop.com (plenty of us on the forum can vouch for his service). All three suppliers carry Flying Dutchman brand, which are excellent.

Hmm, you got some contact details for WMS, Harris Traders and Neil Schultz?
I would expect the ones from US (mikesworkshop.com) might take a while to get here?

No, within a week as a rule, have ordered on the weekend and had them Thursday, very quick, inlike some local businesses I have dealt with who don't seem to give a toss.
Not the ones mentioned here I might add but I have been dealing with Mike for over 5 years now.
