    Smile happy with new saw

    Hi All
After lots of research and saw tests finally bought a new 18" Carbatec Scroll Saw from Carbatec in Brisbane and I couldn't be happier. The sales person was helpful, friendly and knowledgable, even threw in a couple of packets of blades "those Olsen PGT & Crown tooth blades are great "
I understand the advantages of changing to Hegner clamps but I find that taking the time to use the origonal clamps with the alan key and screw allows me time to think about what I am doing and hopfully not stuff it up.
Checking the forum to see what is going on has become an almost daily ritual and the boss says that she has become a scroll saw widow because I'm either in the shed or on the computer looking for patterns to cut
Once again thanks for all of the previous advice,
I think I have attached some photo's of my first projects
    Boxs inspired by Steve Good
Bird pattern by Sheila Landry Design
The picture sort of looks like my grand daughter
    Thanks Richard
