Default LOVE BEER vertical compound cut design help

    Gday Helpers.

I have two designs for compound cuts, one that says LOVE WOOD and another that says LOVE WINE. What I need now is one that says LOVE BEER for Christmas gifts.

I have downloaded Inkscape but Im a mere beginner at that programme, If anyone is familiar with the design and can use Corel Draw or Inkscape, I wonder if you could help me out by knocking a PDF out for me.

I've found my two pictures of the LOVE WOOD piece I made some time back, for people to get the idea of what I'd like.

    Thanks for looking in,

    Kind Regards,

    Buzza.

Having never used a scroll saw I needed to research this. When you say you have 'designs' for the others, is that just the required text in a PDF which you can print and attach to your stock? If so you might need to give us a hint regarding the preferred font and the size (height). I also wonder, because I'm still struggling to get my head around it, weather there's more to it with the way the letters line up.

    Default love beer plaque

If you go to Steve Goods site you will find plaques that you are able to modify if my memory serves me right there is one with beer tankards that can be utilised.

Thanks Mature One, I've searched there, but to no avail I'm afraid.

Yeah I see how it works now and I can create a PDF for you to print, but I need to know the required text font and height.

    Default Love beer

    Thank you

My print out of LOVE WINE has two frames, one for each word side by side, and the measurements 2"X2"X6". I am certain the font is Cooper Black, and the plinth is 2 centimetres high at the shoulder.

    Cheers Picko.

OK, so I'm a bit unsure of some descriptions you're using here. eg frames, plinth. Is there a chance you could attach the PDF of the 'LOVE WINE' template or at least a photo of it.
It would make life easier if I could at least see what the goal posts look like.

EDIT I should have looked back at your original post with the photo of the end result, I think I get most of it now.
Just to clarify does the block of wood start out at 2"x2"x6".

    Thanks once again Picko.

I got waylaid and have only just today been able to have a go at cutting today Friday. I have chosen mahogany and only one quarter of the way through the cut with three blades broken so far. I will try again later or even tomorrow. LOL

I think pine may have been a btter choice.

    Thanks for the PDF..
