Mastercraft parts wanted
The Mastercraft scroll saw I have unearthed in my garage....10 years or so after the last time I used it !! ... seems to run OK but the blade wanders quite a bit. After checking some photos on the 'net, it's apparent that the 6mm pin on top of and near the end of the moving arm should be connected to the fixed arm by some kind of stabilizer ... there is a machine bolt on the fixed arm alongside the pin. Any suggestions as to where to source the required part ..and what it's called.. would be very much appreciated. I'm in the Noosa, Queensland area, 20 metres from the bushfires you saw on TV last week !!

I can't seem to make your picture larger, so I'm not sure exactly wht it is your talking about. From my observations though, most pinned blade holders and arms seem pretty much alike. Can you make the picture bigger?

Same here. How did you manage the attachment? Looks like a thumbnail (only) of the original. If the original file size was too big for uploading, try http://sitereportcard.com/imagereducer.php
Accept all results (I don't remember if file sizes themselves are reported.) to a dedicated folder, and select the largest file size which will just satisfy upload limits. Upload the winner.

The picture works fine now, Alan. But I almost forgot the original question, and still scratching my head about it. With luck, someone can chime in better than me.
