You might have tried these as well, but I will mention them.
Wildwood designs...Wooden Teddy Bear.. All American Crafts ( and check out back issues of "Creative Woodworks and Crafts"). Of those I would think Wildwood is probably the best bet.

Hello Aaaron. I am not a fretworker, but given that Milan is my birthplace I had a look at this thread. A quick search of Google.it found this: http://www.melegnano.net/Ospiti/ospiti005a1.htm
with the contact details of the guy who made that astonishing 1:100 fretwork model of the Duomo.
If you want to pursue this and language is a problem, PM me, I'll be happy to help.

This was made by a friend of mine in Belgium. It took him and his wife three years to make it. I bought the pattern but after looking at it, I decided it was not worth my time. There is no name on the pattern where it came from.
I don't think it falls under the copy rights anymore, it is a very old Italian pattern. There are at least 16 full pages, 60x60 cm. The sheets are full of different patterns. I would say about 500 small and big patterns.

Mike,
the site mentioned above states that the pattern was made in the 19th century from architectural designs and includes about 3000 pieces, 600 being just the statues. Are you sure you have the full pattern?

I did not count all the pieces on each sheet but there are a lot of very small pieces to cut. I can see that there are a lot. My friend went a few times to Milan to make sure that they had it right. The patterns are all black. If you don't know Italian it would be very difficult to make it.

He uses a 30 cm hand frame, he wife uses it also. I bought the pattern from him.. He is from Belgium. He has made some other nice Cathedrals, like the one form Ulm and this one.
I got a message but I must have deleted it, sorry. Don't remember from who.

Question
Dear Mike,
I am looking for this pattern for my uncle in Holland.
Perhaps my best bet is to contact your friend (I found his name to be August Theunis).
Could you help me with his contact information? For the sake of his privacy, you can email me directly if you want.
If it is okay with Mr. Theunis, I could drive my uncle to Diksmuide during one of my future visits back home (to the South of Holland).
Thanks
