More roses
I just saw pawoods post of a bunch of roses. It brought back to my mind of some roses I made for my sister’s surprise birthday party about 3 months ago. I had chosen a piece of wood with some beautiful grain in it, thinking that I would finish the flowers off with a varnish. But once I cut the work out, I decided it needed a “bit of a lift”, so decided to paint it. Just as well we were in lockdown when I decided this as I then had plenty of time to put the extra time into it.9E3C8BE9-08DA-483F-9CAE-97DC01AC64F3.jpg

Lovely work mate ,there is a lot of work in that one also. I think the colours really add more interest to it. Cheers Peter.
