    Default scroll saw newbie help

    Hi everyone,
After seeing some of the beautiful scroll saw work on this great forum & having purchased an old 22 inch/560mm Sherwood scroll saw. I would appreciate some help with type/size blade required for producing fretwork/frieze in clear finished oregon. I purchased an adaptor to convert to pinless but it doesn't appear to suit and there was no blade in it to measure off. Thanks for any help given.

    Hi Ton,
Can you give a bit more detail why your blade adaptor isn't going too well, a photo or two perhaps?
A Sherwood machine comes from Timbecon (I think!) and I thought that they were dual (pinned and pinless) anyway - could be wrong.

Crowie's right, I'm a newbie too and I was introduced to Helen and apart from some very helpful advice and friendly manner her prices are, shall we say "much lower" than other suppliers I've seen and for the same product too.
