Not to be facetious, but what is so special about this applicator that a simple running bead of glue over the slot (which is "confirmed" when the biscuit is pressed in by squeeze out just as it bottoms out) and/or on the biscuit sides won't do?

Must agree with the RedShirt.

I've managed to do a "few" biscuits in my time and have not felt the need for a special glue gadget nor have I had any failures to date.

I suppose any gadget which makes things easier is a plus - each to his own I guess.

Don't waste your money you will use it once and wonder why you ever bothered

I'm with Redshirt and Bob. The biscuit is there mainly to position the joint and if there is the right amount of glue on the joint itself it will hold.
