I should probably mention the use, sometimes I have used a brush to get it into a certain spot or on epoxy were there are voids a brush helps pop the bubbles/gets it into the surface void, i would like to reuse the brush.

Water & salt.
Wet your thumb & index finger tips on one hand and then sprinkle a liberal coating of salt on the wet finger tips. Dip the brush in water & then rub the bristles between your salted finger tips. Depending on the size of the brush, you may have to repeat this more than once - but I find that once usually does it. Wash the bristles out (and your finger tips) with clean water and allow to dry when finished.
You can even remove "set" CA glue from your finger tips using the same method - though I doubt it would work with a "set" paint brush (haven't tried that).
