What glue to use to fix plastic edging to plywood?
Hi guys
I am making a pair of drawer fronts for the caravan, from 12mm thick ply about 350mm square. The plastic edging they have sold me is 2mm thick and does not seem to be pre-glued. Can anyone advise me as to what sort of glue I should use?
The other door panels in the van are made with individual runs of edging along each edge, butt joined at the corners. I assume this is because the 2mm edging will be hard to bend around the sharp corner and get a good corner. I also assume I will need some sort of clamping jig and glue and clamp the edges one at a time to get the best result.
Am I on the right track? Any other tips?
cheers, Colin

I've used Tarzan's grip as well as epoxy, and both work fine. A quick wipe with acetone to clean and prep the plastic first and you are good to go.
