Thread: Gluing cardboard ‘signboard’ onto Oregon studs.

I’m constructing an internal room in my big shed using scrounged cardboard signboard.
The signboard is 1 metre by 2metres and 20mm thick with a photographic image on the face I’ll be putting against the framework.

I have a fresh container of polyurethane glue, would a thin line of this be ok ?
I don’t want it to foam up and push it off as I’d like the walls to be a noise and dust barrier.

Framing is recycled Oregon and will fill void with polystyrene foam I’ve scored.
I will be screwing the signboard on with big washers every 300mm or so.

Also have a lot of ply and thin MDF for protection up to 1200 or so to protect the cardboard walls from errand dings handling timber etc.
