Heads up - Rabbit glue
Loving this show. I expect that many of us would like to do exactly as he is doing. I only we were all rich and famous...
Some days we are the flies; some days we are the windscreen

Does anyone know any means of saving iView etc programs?
' KeepVid: Download and save any video from Youtube, Dailymotion, Metacafe, iFilm and more! ' works for YouTube etc, but not for iView.

I liked how they split the huge logs with explosives packed down the centre

I have recorded the first 2 episodes, with subtitles. PM if you want them burned to a couple of DVDs. No cost, just send two 4.7GB blank DVD-R or DVD+R disks that work on your DVD player

Thanks for the very kind offer, Dengy, but it's not worth the effort for these particular videos. After seeing them once, I'll probably never watch them again.
I was thinking more of saving iView and other online TV programs in general. There are many that I would like to copy.
There was a really great doco series on Tasmanian forests, timber and woodworking a couple of months ago. Forget which channel. Did you see it? (I did manage to record most of that one direct from TV.)
Other stuff like that would be good to keep a copy of, as well as some general docos.

With the explosions, sewer muck and now loin/ human poo methane, Kevin McCloud's new show is a mix of " Myth Busters " and
" Dirty Jobs ". Wait for him to trot off to the pawn shop with his Bass. The only thing we won't see is 'gator huntin'.
I'm enjoying the show. When critiquing his own work he seems to be his own best critic.Cheers, Bill

I was asked by my wife as the show started if I wanted to eat dinner in front of the TV, or record it for later. So very lucky I chose to record it, as the screen was awash with poo, killing animals for the skin to make a chair, deer head being cut open with a hacksaw for the brains etc. I would have thrown up if I was eating at the time

I would be OK in an operating theatre, no problems - I would be the one passed out on the floor in the corner
