Pen Blank Glue
The glue I am using currently is VISE supergrip polyurethane glue put out by Craftsmart in Victoria.Net reference www.vise.com.au I buy mine from Bunnings, they have a monster store two bocks from my home.
I use the 250g or 227 ml size. Why because it fits in my hand and squeezes well and each time I finish a batch I squeeze the air out and the cap holds it that way it does not go off on me.
I use it with a full dose either end up the blank applied with a cotton bud loaded with glue, then liberally most all over the scratched brass with a potato slug in the end.The potato is pushed out with a wooden meat skewer, use lots of tissues and now wear vynal gloves.
When I place the blanks down after I turn them and wipe a couple of times.
After a couple of days sand the ends easily on a disk sander set up on one of my lathes, ream them from both ends,so I waste some glue,so what they stay glued just fine.
At the wwwood show in Sydney I spoke with Aussie dealers of Weldbond and they have a producy called Professional Weldbond that sticks like tar to a Tomcat or some grevious stuff to a blanket.
Another product of note is Prep multiuse adhesive www.prepproducts.com.au Of course there are many more tell us about your favourite and why?

Went to Bunnings and got a bottle of the Vise Supergrip, glue up two blanks with it yesterday, and the hold power is very good. It is the first time i have used it and it will be good for gluing a large quantity I feel. It is the Australian version of Gorilla Glue, and that stuff has had rave reviews about it's bonding ability. It does stain the skin better than epoxy and I will now wear gloves You definately need to wipe it down after a while due to the foaming. I have been impressed by it so far, dare I say it I may consider it as my glue of choice. Nah will still depend on my CA if in a hurry. Thank you for the heads up on this glue and where to get it.
