I just get work clamped up within the 3 minutes.
15 minutes later and it has foamed out and is going slightly stiff.
I can then go in for lunch and after an hour take it out of clamps with no problems .
Even sooner like 20 to 30 minutes if its something with no spring back pressure at all.

    Rob.
I think I'm a little more sensitive to Open Time. Typically I am making up two panels at a time, each with a veneer on either side. Because PU tends to be thick, it takes a minute or so to roll on the glue for one side, so a three minute open time is too short for me. Mind you, the open time for their medium set glue is 10 minutes with a clamp time of 60 minutes.

I have already ordered a bottle of KLEIBERIT 501 - PUR Polyurethane Adhesive. This one has an open time of 20 mins and clamp time of 1 hr. We'll see how it goes, after which time I may try the Timba Tech PU 60. However, that leads to the question how to buy the stuff. There seems to be no facility on their web page. How do you buy the stuff, Rob?

You would have to get in touch with them ask if they deliver or see who distributes it up your way I think. I have a guy in Melbourne who delivers bulk orders to me.
    Len Moss agencies . https://www.google.com/search?q=Len+...-wiz-serp#ip=1

He wont post or do single bottles though.
Last time I got some of that Poly Glue through him I got 3 of PU15 and 3 of PU 60 and it was a small part of a larger order of other stuff. He delivered it to a truck depot and they delivered down to a depot near me.
