TechniglueCA
I bought some unopened TechniglueCA 2 part expoxy from someone a few months ago and just went to use it. Rather than a viscous liquid, it is more like a gel consistency (both main part and hardener).
Anyone used this stuff, is this normal, or has it gone off?Neil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new

Gel like consistency is normal.

It is the only glue i will use on jarrah , or should i say on the majority of my projects .
It has a brilliant working time , extremly strong bonding characteristics , gap filling ,
I always apply masking tape to surrounding areas as it makes it easier to remove excess glue , Once the excess glue as been removed remove the tape and wipe the joint down with warm soapy water . I always leave it clamped a minimum of eight hours .
I find it extremly good on mortice and tenon joints .
there is nothing like a good joint I guess i might get a few comments on that one . ????

Yep! Gell is normal. Doesn't run all over the place. Great stuff. Dries to a kinda cream colour though so if you are filling a little with it, or have a thick glue line or somethign, you prolly should colour it.
