Thin Boards Glue-up
G'day mates
Disclaimer
This is not my idea, I saw it in a book and just modified it a little bit
Claimer
I swear that I took the pictures myself...
The idea might be good for all the "Boxers" here
This idea will work with thin boards up to 10mm.
First I experimented with 8mm MDF and then, with 4mm solid wood.
I have some idea how to employ the method for thicker than 10mm but first it has to go through a "test flight"...
Regards
niki

As the end of your post said,"THANK YOU, Niki."

Another great idea Niki and as you have said could reasonably be modified to do thicker stuff. as I will shortly be doing a table for my nieghbour (another freebie) I shall play around.
Now for the important bit. how do I train SWMBO to do as in the last pic,

Thank you so much for your kind compliments mates
And now, to the more important bit..."how do I train SWMBO to cut the grass"
Denn
It's very simple, you do it at the same way like you train her to wash the dishes...
When she asks you to wash the dishes...you break a few of them (try from the best sets) and...never again she asks you to wash....it worked with me
