    Default Titebond Liquid Hide GLue

    Hey All,

Just wondering if people know if Titebond Liquid Hide Glue has the same properties as the traditional hide glue, ie Reversable with heat, pulls joints together etc?

Also does it need to be heated to apply well?

    Thanks, Dave

    Hi Dave,
Short answers are YES and NO!
It is reversible with heat and/or steam and applies beautifully at room temperature. No-one can yet confirm however how it will be in 30 or 40 years because it hasn't been around that long?
I use it quite a lot on furniture and also boxes because of the properties above but also because unnoticed squeeze out doesn't show through most finishes
