Triton wood glue
Can any one tell me who Triton got their glue from please. I have been using it for a long time and was very satisfied with it's quick setting time and that it dried clear.
I would think that triton when it was going would have bought it in from another manufacturer. So I would be hapy to switch over to who ever it is.

The glue is just Yellow PVA.
The specific glue came from Bostick afaik
Have a look at Titebond (available all over the place) - they have a range, and there will be one that suits your purpose."Clear, Ease Springs"

There's about 5 bottles of it at our Mitre 10. It's marked "DNR" on the price label, which I presume means "do not restock/re-order" - it's optimistic to assume they'd be able to reorder it if they wanted to.
I haven't been game buy any of it because I'm pretty sure it has been on the shelf for a number of years now. There doesn't appear to be a date on it.
I use Titebond II when I need a PVR type glue. The spreader cap is neat."I don't practice what I preach because I'm not the kind of person I'm preaching to."
