    Default advice for triton router table

    I recently bought a Taurus router from Aldi ($79.00) would this fit into a Triton router table without too many problems, and what could the problems be if any

    I have fitted a Bosch, a Ryobi and 2 different Archer routers into my Triton table with no problems at all. The clamps on the table are adjustable to fit just about any router.

    If it hasn't got soft start, it might torque itself loose if it's frequently started and stopped, although if it's only 1200W that's unlikely.

    The set of clamps supplied with the table are comprehensive enough to fit practically any router.

    Don't overload it though, it's not really powerful enough for much table use.
