over thinking it again
I went back and looked at Aldavs link on those straight bits.
Everyone wants the latest multi-insert carbide wonder bit, costing a fortune.
The 1/2" shanked 3/4" wide will do fine. Use the bigger 1.25" if you are feeling extra brave, but I really dont think one needs to go to huge expense to solve this problem.
Its a slab. You want to get it flat with a jig. It doenst need to be finished perfectly AND a little bit of extra time wont kill you.
I'd choose to economise on this one and use a 3/4" wide bit from the multi-bit el-cheapo box.

If I was in the mood to spend big then this would be my choice
4 Flute - Surface Planer - Carbitool
but for what I do, the fixed cutter I linked to earlier serves the purpose.

Unfortunately those cutting heads won't fit our standard 1/2" routers, they have 16 and 20mm shanks. A shame really as they're much better value than the Amana one. Carbitool's 3 flute head will fit though - 3 Flute - Surface Planer - Carbitool - and when it's all said and done 55mm cutting diameter is probably enough for us home woodies. Relatively attractive price too.

It does seem a bit over the top, but I guess when one edge wear out you can rotate it 90 degrees and go again to get four uses out of it.
I had an interesting online conversation with the people from the Livter one that you linked to on the first page, they were saying that Chinese manufacturers of small parts that would normally go airfreight/air mail etc are really suffering as they can't get their products delivered to overseas customers in a timely manner due to the lack of flights, everything is 45-60 days unless sent Fedex/DHL etc and their shipping rates have gone up horrendously.

I'd be happy with 60 days, been waiting 62 days for my most recent purchase. I'm not holding my breath. When you get delays like the current one the other problem you can run into is that packages aren't necessarily dispatched by intermediaries in the order they were received, so if you're unlucky you can face a really long wait. Chinese New Year, and leading up to it, is always a risky time to order.
There might be a reason why Carbitool don't offer that 80mm cutter with a 1/2" shank.

Not wrong with delay.
This is for a new laptop backing plate. As can be seen in the top two lines (i.e. most recent) that this sat with the airline on the tarmac for 41 days.....
This was randomly selected from my recent orders on AliExpress.

edit - an here are the latest estimates for the same item.... from Shenzhen, so its as good as its going to get with proximity to a departure place!

I've got a trivial package from Amazon, ordered April 2 and shipped within a couple of days, been sitting in Shenzhen for 60 days now. USA isn't any better, have something from LA been sitting at the airport for nearly 3 weeks now.
Air freight is stuffed right now - it often used to piggyback on passenger planes, which isn't happening anymore.

If it's urgent go with DHL
I received an order from Texas yesterday (yes, on a Sunday!) that I placed online on Tuesday.

Possibly too late now, but DO NOT USE 6 FLUTE for surfacing timber unless you can move VERY fast. You will not be able to maintain a suitable feed and it will generate too much heat leading to a prematurely blunt bit and burnt timber.
You're much better off with a 3 flute like this one 3 Flute - Surface Planer - Carbitool
