Default Anyone know about these bits

I was down at Drysdale Market last Sunday and a bloke was selling router bits for 1/2 price.Carbitool and a brand called W.P.W.I bought 6 bits and now am considering going next week to get some more.Any ideas on where these WPW bits are made and what quality they are? So far they are working great and are all Carbide tipped.

If they are craftmaster they'd be good 'uns I'd reckon, craftmaster is made by Linbide in NZ. I have a Linbide saw blade (thanks j'man mick) and Linbide & craftmaster router bits; all are excellent, nice thick carbide and excellent quality cuts.

    Cheers.................Sean

    G'day aljenit,

Was there yesterday but didn't see him was too busy buying some trees so I can make some furniture in 20 years time it is an unusual place to sell those items. I've mostly seen home made gear there, food, clothing, plants etc.

Do you know if the vendor was a local or might be able to purchase elsewhere. Sounds like a good deal.

Yes he was a local. He had a large stall of furniture/mirrors made from reclaimed timber and the bits were on the side in a wine box. I guess you could take a punt that he might be at next weeks markets at either Queenscliff or Portarlington. G d Luck I hope you get a bargain too.

    Not that I'm complaining, mind.

The fact remains, that 97% of all statistics are made up, yet 87% of the population think they are real.
