    Default brisbane woodwork/carpentry suppliers

    Hey all you Brisbanites
    I'm heading up to your fine city next week
    could anybody help me out with some good woodwork/carpentry/hardware/engineering suppliers
    that I might find a range of router bits and possibly accessories for my router table build etc

    Carbatec would be your best bet. They have a good range of CMT and Arden router bits. They also sell all the parts you need for a router table. They're in 128 Ingleston Rd, Wakerley. You can also try Peacock Saws (1/339 Archerfield Rd, Richlands) and Gregory Machinery (807 Boundary Rd, Richlands). They both stock Carbitool router bits and Gregmach also sells parts for router tables. Apparently Total Tools stock Carbitool bits as well but I haven't checked out their range so I cannot say how extensive it is.

    If like my wife, find a big shopping centre. Chermside & Carindale come mind - depending which side of town you will be staying. Sure there are plenty of others.
