The afore mentioned small spindle moulders/router sets are available from Power Tools and Machinery either in Bayswater Perth or Bunbury which are the local agents for JET gear.
Shane, with Tuart being a denser timber than Jarrah it behoves you to employ the best quality router bits and together with feather boards and hold downs you should accomplish what you want but even with good quality bits a series of passes will give you a better finish rather than trying to achieve it in one go.
Make light cuts irrespective of the tedium which is required even more so with the denser timbers and watch your feed rate to eliminate burning.
Occasionally touch up the FLAT surface of your router bit with a "fine" diamond honing stick (about 20 bucks worth but good value) to keep the leading edge keen.
Good luck HTH

Thanks Jonno will do... slow and steady has become a watch word around the shed nowadays ... along with "Hit the red button and hit the deck!" watchwords when a wrong sound happens
Oh by the by I finally got around to making a new ubeaut sheoak insert plate for the saw table mate... now Im into figuring out how to stick a bit of somethin or other in behind the blade for a spreader thingymabob... anyway workds a real treat getting great milage out of the thing now I dont have to stop take the ruddy cover off take the anti kickback pawls off and frig around with those rotten little screws  ... just cut as needed tenons long cuts short cuts angle cuts Im fast becoming a happy chappy!... mind here I had lost 2 out of 4 of those tiny screw things the metal plate came with had... so the plate had become almost impossible to keep level every time I took the insert plate out the blasted little screw things fell to the floor! drove me nuts!... Im not the most careful yobbo in the packet when it comes to tiny fidgetty thingymabobs so these little tiny screws were just the thing to drive me to NOT change the saws setup or blade for that matter!... so anyway I took some time and made a new ubeaut one... no worries! Okay so one worry how to make an angle cut without tryin to find the two remaining screws for the metal insert plate! maybe I will just make another wooden plate with the same sized saw gullet as the old metal one? could be worth thinking about eh? till I can afford to update this saw to a bedda one although at $900 I would have expected far better than I got ...ah well live and learn eh?
So you heading up to the wood show this year Jonno? or you too busy muckin about at auctions now adays!
Thanks for the help people!Believe me there IS life beyond marriage!!! Relax breathe and smile learn to laugh again from the heart so it reaches the eyes!!

Yep Shane headin' up to the Wood Show but have a battle on my hands as SWMBO is shopping up there and I dont think the Visa will go into two so I guess I 'll have to lug along the rubber cheques.
Went to Blacks Auctions in Bunbury picked up about a cube and a half of sheoak boards and battens also headin' over to Harvey Saturday to the Forrest Commissions Auction also run by Gary Black.
Cheers hope you and your family are well.Johnno
