Hi all

Im new to playing with laminex. I want to cut out the following on some fake brushed alloy laminex but im really not sure how to do it or even if im asking in the right section.

I do have a dremel that has this attachment but not the plunge router : i do have a fullsized router too but i think this will be too aggressive. i dont have any router bits for the dremel. Perhaps a hole saw for the holes although i dont know where to get one for the large semi circles; 6 or 7" diameter approx; the smaller ones are about 2.5-3" ..then theres the outline.

I need the cuts to be "finish" quality. I have a fairly big piece 2400x1200 piece of laminex that has a plastic protective sheet on it.

Can my result be done ? is this something i could have someone/company perform for me? my next thing would be the slight bends on the far left and right as you can see but i figured if i made that piece long enough it could bend and i can glue it down then trim the excess off.

I can get real brushed alloy cnc'd from a company in melb for about $350 but its still work in progress and has been for a year... i wouldnt mind giving it a go with my laminex (which was only $70) and it will suit other areas where ill be using the same laminex.

any ideas/suggestions how i can go about this?
