Dovetail kit
Hi
Just spotted this,
533466 | Dovetail Kit 12 & Router Bit 12 Model W15005 | Toolex
whilst searching for a gifkins dove tail kit
seems quite inexpensive compared to the gifkins kit
doesn't seem to have a name brand anywhere
theres also a 24" version as well
has any body purchased one of these or had any experience in using one
I'm all ears
cheers
Hodgo

That type of jig has been around for decades, there's any number of iterations available from about $69. They only cut half blind dovetails, not through joints and you're limited to one size and spacing. They're good for making larger drawers such as in wardrobes and cabinets, certainly not much good for making fine boxes and the like. There are template based jigs available that are much more like the Gifkins at much cheaper prices.
