Dowel Maker
Is the S/J Fine Woodworks steel dowel maker available in Australia? I read about it in Spielman's book Router Jigs and Techniques

I haven't seen it anywhere. However, Spielmans dowel jig is pretty easy to make and works well. It is in his The New Router Handbook. The Precision jig is a commercial version of the Spielman Jig.

I want to make lengths of increments of 200mm, i believe the length would also be determined by the cross sectional area of the timber (ie slenderness ratio)
