Fencing
I have this router table by Leda and I have read via many posts that people have had problems with the fence not being true due to the dust extractor..
Router Tables : LEDACRAFT MODEL BX-6 ROUTER TABLE
I am not into building a fence and would like to purchase one to replace it and remove the dust extractor all together as it is big and cumbersome taking up lots of realestate on my table.
Are there any fences that I could purchase that would work with the system on my current router table?
could i use this as an option?
Universal Track Attachment : Magswitch - Magswitch
Advice is appreciated!

HI billybleed,That is the same unit that Carbatec sell and where I bought my from, it had the same problems.
I took off the whole fence unit and put it on my belt sander, being cast iron it sanded flat and true after only a few minutes (didn't seem to hurt the belt which is one for wood)
The other thing I did was drill some extra holes for the hold downs as I felt they were in the wrong position.
Have been using this unit for quite some time now and find if OK.very solid compared to the Triton unit I replaced
I have kept the dust extration unit, find that it's OK. I have a Triton router fitted so changing bits is very easy.Last edited by nrb; 31st August 2012 at 04:13 PM. Reason: extra comments
