Freehand Guard with Dust Extraction
I have an older Woodpeckers phenolic router plate with a Triton router. I now do a lot of template routing & hence make a lot of mess!
I like the look of the Woodpeckers Free hand guard & set about making one with 4" extraction. My plate has 98mm centres for the pin starters.
It is 2 layers of 25mm ply & the flange is part of an old blast gate. It seems to work well.
If it is of any help, I will include the template. Remember no scaling when printing (PS have deleted the pdf & replaced it with a jpeg)
