Can someone please help me with the Freud Divided Light router bit set, 99-270? I'm baffled as to how to use it. Thanks.

I've not used that particular Freud cutter, but looking at a catalogue photo you cut the second profile by taking the top cutter off and putting it back on the shank the other way up.
Although not for your cutter, this link should give you an idea of how to go about making the pieces.

I'd cheat and take the door to a glazier !

you use what is called (at least here in Oz) a "glazing bead" which is a piece of profiled stock pinned to the mullions and muntions so that the glass is sandwiched between it. It helps to finish everything before glazing.

Usually, a table saw is used to cut the back side of the frame. The piece that is cut off is used to hold the glass in the frame. Just be careful when cutting so that you do not cut into the front part of the frame.

This shows what has to be cut off.

This is a set of instructions. I think that they are rather vauge but...

I've tried others but I can't find anything that offers a clear example.
