    Default Leigh M & T Jig

I am having trouble with the tenons.
All timber is square and flat.
The spacer under the jig is in place
The problem is that the router bit isn't leaving a true finish, routing on side of the tenon is OK, on turning the rail around and routing the other side leaves about .25 mm step up.
I tried using the sliding dovetail piece of plastic to just rout the shoulders and this gives a clean cut. Then carefully routing out the center so as not to touch the shoulders.
While this works it isn't what I expected.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    thanks

Les is this the beast you are talking about?
Or are you using a dovetail jig with adapters to do M&T joints?

    Hi Les and Vasco,
Vasco, its got to be the template for the D4R, you don't need to turn the rail on the FMT.
Les, I suggest you contact Leigh Support. They are fast and very good with info.

    Regards,

    J
