ProRouter Top from Woodwork Supplies
Hi,
I just received my ProRouter Top "Type A" from Pro Woodwork Supplies in VIC. I'm surprised to say the least that it requires the T-Tracks to be modified and installed. By 'modified', i mean that the ends have to be rounded so they fit in the routed dado slots for them otherwise they won't fit, then fixed to the top. Has anyone else had to do this? If you have, how did you go about it?
They recommend using a belt sander to round the t-track ends, but I don't have one...

Yep, I was surprised at that too. I chucked them in the vice and filed them into shape. Took a few goes to get the right shape, then I traced that shape onto the other corners and filed them too.

Thanks for the advice
I chiseled the slots square using an old bench chisel lying around.
Did you find that liquid nails was sufficient to hold the t-tracks in place?
