router for a router lift
I am moving to OZ and plan on bringing a couple of router lifts with me. What brands and models of router motors are available? I plan on buying a triton for my plunge router which I think is the best but does not work in a lift that I know of.

Triton routers have, in my view, rendered router lifts obsolete. This is because, in the case of the MOF, one can use an above table crank to change bits above the table with one spanner/wrench as the collett rises above it and locks the spindle.

If you plan on buying a Triton router you won't need a router lift. I have both models and use the big one permanently in the router table, have never felt the need for router lift. Easy above table router bit changes and very easy coarse and fine height adjustment.
Only problem you'll have is finding either model, they are now getting scarce, but hopefully new supplies will be available later in the year.
