You can get the screw inserts from Carbe-Tec. Also I think they have a insert to suit your table take a picture of it and measure the size and see how you go.
Dimensions: 228 x 305mm (approx.). Ideal for making your own router table at home. Made from ABS plastic and is adaptable to accept most common routers.
Kit includes two removable rings to accommodate larger router bits as well as a starter pin for freehand work. Also includes four levelling screws and four rare earth holddown magnets.

G'day Arry
Like most I couldn't justify the cost of a commercial lifter - The car jack didn't work for me but I did use a wood vice in reverse - the adjustments are in fractions of a mm and has worked well for many years now.
I would be very wary of blocking the breathing/vent holes on the router which is the temptation when trying to attach it to the lifter from underneath. Also attach it to the table - you don't want anything turning ugly as you stand in front of your table usually at the same level as the jewels.
If it helps

Car jack for router lifter
Hi Bob & Arry
Bob you have done a great job on your router raiser mine is a bit rougher than yours! but it will not move and where I have attached the router to the jack the air can circulate through the motor.
Have you seen the post on product review its 5th post in Carbe-Tec router table
https://www.woodworkforums.com/f171/c...-table-134927/
It has been there for 6 yrs never moved and is quite accurate but a little rough you have inspired me to paint it and maybe turn up a better wheel when I get home from holidays
