Routing Aluminium
Hello all,
I was wanting some advice re routing aluminium. Have any of you tried it and if so can you give me a few tips before I try it. It just seems a bit scarey and would like some advice before I try it.
BTW Merry Xmas.
Little (Peter) Festo.

Best Using TCT bit, slowest speed, cuttung lube (spay can).
Test with scrap first then increase router speed and still get good cut. adjust feed rate to suit.
What ya cuttin?
