Routing small objects
Some years ago I managed to produce the small flush handle illustrated, when I was refurbishing executive aircraft, as such handles were not available for purchase in the timber I required.
The first attempt I made; they were produced from two pieces of material but this one later on was produced from one piece. This is going back 15 years and in those days I was not into computing and had to rely on my technical drawing skills.
Like Waldo I am looking for a router cutter only much smaller, It's a Bull nose Radius Bit similar to the ones supplied by Carb-i-tool only much smaller in overall diameter and without a bearing, to add the internal moulding to the top of the handle.
