Template questions
I have recently started a thread in the General Woodwork Forum in the course of which I ask a few questions about router templates where a lot of idential cuts are to be made.
Could you please look at this thread and respond if you have anything on the questions that I asked?
Cheers

I hope that I have not misinterpreted what it is that yu want!!
Having quickly scanned the replies in the other thread - most of the suggestions are practical and depend on your level of expertise and equipment.
Do you want a template for the ends or the slots/dados? I would build at least a template for the ends - whether you use guide bushing or a bearing bit would affect the size of the template.
For the slots I would clamp the boards together to do the slots or dados in a series of cuts that is getting deeper with each pass until reaching the required depth. This gould be done simply with a guide that is clamped to the boards or something more elaborate such as seen in many of the magazines.
